Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free shipping to all countries including remote areas serviced by EMS The International Postal Express Network. For exaple to United States of America parcel will be delivered by United States Postal Service and to Germany by Deutsche Post (DHL).
Delivery take from 3 to 5 days depending on destination. Remote areas might take longer up to 2 weeks.

DHL Express Service and packing priority

We offer express service with DHL on rates shown once you proceed with your order.
When you choose this service we guarantee an express packaging service and shipment will be forwarded to DHL withing 24 hours from receiving the order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

A small percentage of import duties and taxes might be levied by customs once shipment reaches destination country. We can not control this ammount so you will be for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We can support you and help but we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.
