How can I buy and place the order?

You should look around the store and find products you like to purchase. Initially you could save some items in the wish list or send the directly to your shopping bag. When you’ll check out for payment you will have to enter your address and phone number and also your email.
Remember: we are keeping all information secured in a high protected server (with SLL)

Why should I buy from you?

We make all accessories from eco-friendly and local products so that’s definitely a good reason to buy. Then consider that we work with local artisan and we pay a correct and reasonable price to them so you are also helping all our supplier to have a better life.

What if I need to change or cancell the order?

Our orders are processed immediately so once an order is placed we’re unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started.

It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct because it will cause delay in delivery time or the order might be returned.

Do you offer free shipment?

Yes, shipment is free for orders above € 100 and we use EMS International Post Service.

Shipment worldwide is free with EMS that is an International Postal Express Network with headquarters in Switzerland and your order will be delivered at your door with your national postal service. For example in USA by USPS, for Australia by Australian Postal Corporation and so on. Find our more here.


You can have a quicker delivery with DHL Express with a fee that will be offered as an option during payment.

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide with reliable express air currier.
Only really few countries are not served. We apologise for the inconvenience.

We offer express free shipping on all orders over USD 100.00
Below that ammount shipping will be USD 14.99

How long does the shipping take?

We ship with international postal currier EMS and average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

You can have a faster delivery time with DHL Express and for main destination like USA, Europe and metropolitan areas in Australia delivery is usually 3-5 business days. In other destinations delivery can take 7 to 10 business days.

Do I have to pay duty or tax?

Depending on the products the shipment might be subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines duties and taxes differently. Currier will take care of processing documents and custom clearance.

Is paying with PayPal safe?

PayPal is the safest way for placing payments. In fact we will not receive your card informations that will be processed only by PayPal.
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and their security systems are the most sophisticated and protected out of all the online payment service providers.

Do you offer after pay?

No, we do not offer after pay. We are located in Bali, Indonesia and we can only accept payment with PayPall that is the most secure payment system. After pay is also not available for wholesale costumers.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes. Off course you can pay with Credit Cards. At the moment we accept payment only with PayPal because we think they are the easiest and safest method available. With PayPal you can pay with your credit card even if you do not even have a Paypal account!

How are your return policies?
